Centre for Management Excellence UK (CMEUK) and National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) Zambia Agree Collaboration

 
CMEUK and NIPA Zambia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Monday 19 August 2024 at NIPA, in Lusaka, Zambia.
 
Purpose and Objective of the Collaboration:
The two parties agree to cooperate in capacity development programmes, mentoring and training for the Government of the Republic of Zambia, State Owned Enterprises, Private Sector, Civil Society and to a large extent Regional Organizations’ in Africa.

About NIPA
NIPA is a conventional Government Training Institution, turned into an autonomous and self financing entity that falls under the Office of the President of the Republic of Zambia, established in 1998 by the NIPA Act, No 15 of 1998 and whose registered address is No. 4810, Dushanbe Road, Lusaka.

CME UK announce launch of 2023 Course Calendar



The Centre for Management Excellence UK Ltd (CME UK) is proud to announce the launch of its 2023 training calendar.


The Centre for Management Excellence UK Ltd (CME UK) has launched its 2023 training calendar, offering an extensive range of courses designed to help individuals and organisations improve their performance and achieve their goals. Courses cover a wide range of topics, including leadership, management, human resource development, financial systems, and more, and are delivered by expert trainers with years of industry experience.

CME UK Deliver Leadership Training to Heads of Judiciary, Kenya



Following removal of COVID-19 travel restrictions towards the end of March 2022, the Centre for Management Excellence UK (CMEUK) had the honour and pleasure of hosting 26 heads of the Judiciary of Kenya on a two-weeks Executive Leadership Development Programme in London.


The aim and objectives of the training were:

  • To strengthen leadership and management skills, building strong good governance, ethics of the Judiciary, and transparency system within the Judiciary
  • To provide knowledge and insight on operations of tribunals including an understanding of functions of tribunals from the UK perspective including case studies
  • To upskill in managing, leading, and implementing change as well as team building
  • To provide advanced techniques and skills in coaching and mentoring skills for leader


      The high-powered delegation of 26 Heads of the Judiciary was led by the by Hon. Lady Justice Martha Koome Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya, the first woman Judge to be appointed to the position of Chief Justice of Kenya.


      The delegation included the Hon. Lady Justice Philomena Mwilu the Deputy Chief Justice and Vice President of the Supreme Court of Kenya, Supreme Court Judges, The President of the Court of Appeal, President of the Kenya Magistrates and Judges Association, Principal Judges and Registrars of all the wings of the Judiciary among others. The programme which was highly interactive, action-packed included study tours and benchmarking visits to the UK Judiciary.
