Godwin is a Chartered Marketer and a sales/marketing professional, business development professional and management consultant with over 40 years’ international business experience across markets.
Prior to moving to the UK, Godwin, spent 17 years working for Zambia Airways, rising to Controller Sales Administration and Interline, Revenue Reporting Manager, Sales Manager and Acting Revenue Accountant respectively at the time of liquidation in 1994. Godwin holds a Diploma in Journalism, a Certificate and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). A Master of Business Administration (MBA) Marketing-Pathway Degree from the leading UK’s Business School, The University of Hull and currently is a final year post-graduate research student for a Professional Doctorate in Business Administration (ProfDBA) with Lord Ashcroft International Business School, Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, United Kingdom, field of research is, “ Public Sector Reform: The Leadership Factor in Attaining an Effective and Efficient Public Service”
Godwin holds Galileo CRS computerised reservations systems certificate (10 IATA points), Virgin Atlantic Fares and Ticketing Level 1 & 2 certificates (20 IATA points) rendering him a qualified international travel agent with 30 IATA points and a certificate in basic international air cargo handling.

Godwin has been a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) since 1999 and a Chartered Marketer, a full member of the Chartered Institute Marketing Travel Industry Group (CIMTIG), a full member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) the only Chartered Professional Body dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence in the UK. A full member of Institute of Directors (IoD) UK Chapter.
From 2004 to 2010, Godwin worked for RIPA International (formerly the Royal Institute of Public Administration), had primary responsibility for account management of business clients from East and South African Countries, South Asia, South East Asia, the Middle East, Caribbean and parts of West Africa, growing my account to generate £1million annual revenues made possible through effective business development skills and selling of open courses delivered in London by RIPA International.
